POINTS LEAGUE
Due to the success of last seasons Points League we are going to hold it again this year. There will be NO points league for the BS classes, but we will continue to run them for the Unaffiliated/Open/BS Club classes from Poles on the ground to 100cm.
Once again we have some wonderful new sponsors, along with existing sponsors meaning that the rosettes will be a wonderful array of different colours all chosen by our wonderful sponsors - they will be big and beautiful.

The lucky winners will be presented with a HUGE rosette and the runners up won't be disappointed either.

Points will be awarded at each show as follows:
1st – 12 Points, 2nd – 10 Points, 3rd – 8 Points, 4th – 6 Points, 5th – 4 Points, 6th – 2 Points
​
Cumulative results will be posted after each event so you can keep an eye on your placing within the league.

Small Print!
*A League constitutes a minimum of two Competitions held in the Competition Season. In the unlikely event that 4 shows are cancelled the points will not be carried forward and the new season will start on zero points.
*Competitors will only be eligible to win the Championship Rosette in one League Class per season. In the event that you are the winner of 2 league classes, you will be awarded the Championship Rosette in the bigger height class. In the smaller height class the rosettes will be passed down the line to the 2nd and 3rd placed competitors
*Competitors who have won a Championship Rosette will not be eligible in the same class, with same combination the following year. You are still able to compete in the class, but points will not be allocated.
(the reason for the above rules, is to encourage progression and to give others a chance to be eligible to win!)

Elm Motor Company "OFFICIALS CHOICE"
We are very aware, that not everyone comes to competitions to win, but for the love of the sport and their pony/horse, no matter the outcome.
We can’t all be winners all the time and would like to celebrate this by awarding some competitors with our “Officials Choice” rosette which have been kindly sponsored by Paul Mallet from Elm Motor Company
This award isn’t about winning, but for taking part, trying hard, keeping a smile on your face and treating your pony/horse with respect – even if the day doesn’t go according to plan.
It may just be one rosette presented at each show, but equally it could be 5!
So, no matter how bad your day is going – keep smiling and it may be worth it in the end 😉
